Crescendo has established a strong presence in Johor since 1989, with the Group subsequently listed on Bursa Malaysia in 1997. Senyum Residences is developed by Crescendo Landmark Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Crescendo Corporation Berhad, with Kimlun Corporation Berhad, the builder of The Arden, appointed as the building contractor. The project benefits from Crescendo’s extensive development experience and Kimlun’s construction expertise, bringing together an experienced developer and an established building contractor.

Working closely with our professional consultants and construction team, we will conduct quality checks at key stages, with particular emphasis on structural works, waterproofing, mechanical and electrical installations, architectural finishes and interior workmanship, in accordance with approved plans and contractual specifications.

Prior to handover, thorough inspections, system testing and commissioning will be carried out, with identified defects rectified and rechecked. Following handover, defects will be addressed in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Throughout the development, Crescendo remains committed to maintaining rigorous quality oversight and transparent communication with purchasers, ensuring that the homes delivered meet the specifications and standards promised.

Senyum Residences is a freehold development strategically located in Johor Bahru city centre, approximately 1 km from Bukit Chagar RTS Station, or an estimated 15-minute walk, offering residents convenient access to future cross-border connectivity.

A shuttle service is also planned, with an estimated one-minute journey and departures at approximately 10-minute intervals, subject to traffic conditions and operational requirements.

A proposed pedestrian walkway will further enhance connectivity, incorporating safety and security features such as smart CCTV and panic buttons. Crescendo is fully committed to securing the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities for the walkway and its associated features, and will work closely with them to facilitate their implementation.

The development will further incorporate the STREAM Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) by Stream Environment, providing a cleaner and more convenient waste disposal experience while reducing conventional waste handling within the development.
