Our Goals

A company like Crescendo Corporation Berhad understands the inherent value of a brand goal setting in steering a growing business in the right direction. We have identified the following general areas in developing and contributing to the long terms growth of the business and ultimately the brand:

  1. RESULTS – ORIENTED
Be Specific. In order to work, objectives need to be concrete (not as abstract as your long-term aims) and highly detailed in terms of key outcomes and deliverable.
  2. OWNERSHIP
Measurable. Put a figure or value, such as a dollar amount or percentage, to the objective and take accountability of the business, protecting the brand goals.
  3. CUSTOMER FOCUSED
Action-oriented. Lay out which actions need to be taken by who and when, and when to ensure expectations are exceeded and delivered beyond agreed service scope.
  4. TEAMWORK
Participate. Set an esprit de corps to move the business and commit to a decision that would benefit the direction of the business. Drive robust communications to ensure clarity and well communicated messages.
  5. KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN
Realistic. Make goals challenging but consider your resources so that you can achieve them reasonably with continual education and career development.
  6. INTEGRITY
Time specific. Set a deadline to keep things on track by doing the right thing and be transparent to avoid time consumption of the business.
  7. HONESTY
Fair dealing. Ensuring talents and suppliers are treated fairly. It is the only way to do business in the future. We have to build trust and focus on the right values to gain stability and sturdy growth.
