Acquired 41 acres of land adjacent to Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang in Bandar Nusajaya for RM11.5M.
Acquired 37.6 acres of landbank for Taman Dato Chellam – an immediate mixed development generating an approximate RM120M in revenue over 5 to 6 years.
Extended development to Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang to develop approximately 341.88 acres of industrial park. The land was purchased from Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of UEM World Bhd.).
Acquired 1,390.22 acres of landbank for Bandar Cemerlang project that is expected to generate approximately RM2.5B of revenue and RM700M of PAT over 12 years.
Founded within a shophouse, Crescendo International College obtained its education license with strengths in Accountancy, Management and Law Programmes.
Sharikat Kim Loong became the immediate holding company of CCB following a restructuring by Panoramic Housing Development on 26th June.
Crescendo International College established for diversification into education business.
CCB listed on KLSE Main Board on 8th April.
Unibase Concrete Group established to diversify into civil engineering contracts and concrete product manufacturing.
Development commenced at Desa Cemerlang. To-date, the project houses more than 4,000 units of property worth approximately RM500M.
CCB was incorporated on 15th September by Panaromic Housing Development.
To facilitate the listing of CCB on KLSE Main Board, a restructuring was made by injecting Panaromic Industrial Development and Unibase Construction was acquired.
A self-contained township at Desa Cemerlang was planned with 6,800 residential and commercial properties.
842.9 acres of land has been acquired for Ambok Resorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of PID (Panaromic) with the intention to diversify into resort and leisure development.
Started developing a 600 acres industrial park at Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang to house more than 900 factories.
Established Unibase as our in-house construction arm to undertake construction work at Crescendo.
Sharikat Kim Loong established Panaromic Housing Development to convert its 1,000 acres of oil palm plantation land into a development project known as Desa Cemerlang.
